Abuja, March 20, 2025(NAN) The Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) has expressed sadness over the accident that occurred near Karu bridge in Abuja, in which 10 lives were lost and 14 vehicles destroyed.
Mercy Aminu, FCT Mayor of AGN in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Thursday in Abuja, described the incident as a rude shock and a terrible loss of lives.

“We commiserate with those wounded and others that lost their loved ones and pray to God to grant the souls of the departed eternal rest.
“We urge relevant authorities to put measures in place so that this tragic development will not be experienced again.
“We have directed an immediate check on all AGN members residing within the affected area to ensure their safety and well-being. We pray everyone is safe and sound,” Aminu said.
